Project Span: 2007-2008 The Situation: The YWCA of Greater Atlanta came to WebXperts with a website that needed updates, modifications to the navigation, and other minor changes. The challenge was that they did not have the original graphical files and they needed the updates to be completed in a short period of time. The YWCA also wanted a new and improved ecommerce system because the current off the shelf ecommerce system was not reliably communicating to the user that the payment went through nor was it giving donors receipts on a consistent basis. They needed a company who could act quickly to solve problems and create a new ecommerce system.
