Project Span: 2008-2009 The Situation: Group Housing, a hotel and event coordination company, needed to automate their business processes to allow Group Housing to have more extensive reporting capabilites and to help streamline their users experience. They needed to be able to allow different sporting teams to secure hotel reservations for events nationwide. They needed to be able to generate PDF contracts for the hotel and the customer on the fly and be able to keep track of detailed rooming lists and credit card information for the customers. They also needed the complete system to be built, tested and implemented in under 3 weeks, in order to meet the deadline of a specific event that was about to occur.
