The Situation: Grady needed a way to display current jobs on their site so that users could apply for them quickly, with no paperwork needed to be sent.
The Solution: WebXperts created a system that allows users to apply for jobs quickly, and with no paperwork. Not only may a user store their resume on the site so that it is always available to the Grady representatives, but they may also apply for a specific job listing and attach their resume. Since Grady has so many different departments, there is a built in identifier so that only the department offering the position will receive the application.
Grady representatives have a backend area on the site where they can update, add, and delete the job listings that appear on their website instantaneously. This solution was in place until a reorganization and budgetary constraints required Grady to bring all outsourced services in-house.
