Project Span: 2003-2004 The Situation: Grady Health System wanted a new, clean look for their website. There current design had lasted for over two years and it was time to update the site. They consulted with WebXperts to find out how they could implement this without impacting there current site. The Solution: WebXperts created a sophisticated website that was reorganized for easy navigation. It included a detailed site map, which allowed users to find content that would normally be hard to find. Video and audio were added to the site allowing for a media rich surfing experience. All of the publications that were normally printed had been converted to digital format to save on printing costs. Security was added where input from the user was required. All of this was implemented in under 2 months with no impact to the individual departments or Grady's IT department. This solution was in place until a reorganization and budgetary constraints required Grady to bring all outsourced services in-house.
