The Solution: The job listings section was programmed with an administration page that allowed for easy additions and deletions of resumes, and kept a database of resume submissions online for the client's later retrieval. Grady went from receiving one resume a day to 1000 per month. The new site is fresh, dynamic and continues to grow with WebXperts' evolving maintenance plan, which over the past two years has added e-commerce functionality, database-driven forms and online marketing campaigns. This solution was in place until a reorganization and budgetary constraints required Grady to bring all outsourced services in-house.
