The Situation: FabEssentials came to WebXperts with a problem that many site owners have today. FabEssentials had a well designed, functionally sound site. They were selling a product that there was an obvious demand for, fabric. They were even keeping site statistics. But, the site statistics showed a problem, low traffic. Everything was right, but no one knew the site was there.
The Solution: WebXperts consulted with FabEssentials over a course of two weeks, to learn what their business was about. WebXperts coordinated with test groups to ensure the user interface was easy to understand and not acting as a hindrance to the users shopping experience.
