The Situation: The Decatur Rotary Club needed a local company that could take over routine updates to their website, as well as respond and handle customers' technical issues as they came up. The Decatur Rotary Club wished to have an experienced company on board that could provide them with an ongoing website maintenance agreement.
The Solution: As part of the web maintenance plan created, WebXperts carries out routine weekly updates on the main parts of the Rotary website, including the online newsletter and the meeting announcements, in order to keep the site's information current. There is a content management system in place that is very user-friendly and allows the Decatur Rotary Club administrators to make their own updates.
In addition to the regular updates, WebXperts handles all member inquiries, from logging into the system to updating their online profile. WebXperts also makes any custom content changes the client requests to keep the site fresh and the information current.
