The Situation: Cox Communications needed an entire website for their promotional "HyLife Campaign". They needed a way to offer their services to customers other than through their main website. Cox needed to be able to differentiate these leads from their normal sales leads in their emails and in the backend system. They wanted a way to provide information about the specific service offering, and drive potential customers to a unique promotion form that was different from their general contact form.
The Solution: WebXperts created a customer form that directs leads to the correct market. This mini-site lives on their existing server and has it's own domain name (www.hy-life.com) tied to it, so that people who access www.hy-life.com will go directly to the HyLife site. All leads from this promotion are sent to an individual representative for each system via email, as well as being stored in a secure online backend for archival purposes.
