The Situation: Cox Communications, a $5 billion communications conglomerate, needed to empower its corporate intranet with the ability to make any piece of information instantly accessible with a minimum of searching. It was necessary for this new functionality to merge seamlessly with the existing intranet system and be scalable and flexible enough to evolve with organizational changes. Cox also had a sales training course to be translated from a classroom setting to an interactive web course.
