Project Span: 2000-2002 The Situation: CFS Financial Services needed an application that provided car warranty quotes based on the year, make, model, and mileage of the applicant's car. Data security was a top priority, since loan officers would be gathering very sensitive information from their customers and integrating it with the each credit union's database. CFS needed intuitive user interface, as the application was required to seamlessly merge into the day-to-day processes of loan officers from different corporate cultures. CFS Financial Services wanted web-based reports of all car warranties being quoted all over the nation, in real time as well.
