The Solution: WebXperts worked closely with members of Turner Enterprises and the Hachette Book Group to take their vision of a self-promotional book website to fruition. After an extensive mockup process, the selected design was created and implemented in under two weeks in order to launch the site before the book was released and available in stores.
The Call Me Ted website showcases a web optimized video of an interview with Ted Tuner, contains a slideshow gallery of images throughout Ted Turner's life, provides an overview of the book including the table of contents and OPENBOOK™ widget, and also gives people the option to purchase the book online. The custom Press section of the site links to individual media appearances and book signing events, as well as recent interviews with Ted Turner and reviews of the book.
